Jeremy the manager came thru with absolutely everything he promised (I leased) and it was so easy. Al Foster was there for my leasing paperwork and even got to spend a bit of time with Rachel Roy. You will be extremely surprised at how easy they make this process. Not your traditional car dealership, and thank goodness for that. In the past I have found buying a new or used vehicle extremely painful as the aggression of the sales person is in my opinion very negative. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I got to meet Kolbi in service and was so impressed. She went thru what my vehicle maintenance program would be and again, no surprises. This wasn't offered in my home town. It was like pulling teeth. Nanaimo Kia just laid everything on the table so that I could figure out my finances, and ongoing expenses. Krista from admin kept me up to date and in touch by phone and everyone let me take the lead in my buying decisions. Kudos to the guys, but I stayed and purchased because of Rani, Krista and Rachel. Jeremy, you should be so proud of your team. You really came thru for me. As a woman, I felt comfortable talking to Rani right off the bat because of her welcoming personality, and this definitely made the difference between us just looking as opposed to going in and buying (we bought a new 2015 Kia Soul). Although Rani was fairly new to Harris Kia, the team at Harris Kia were incredibly supportive of her. Everyone at Harris Kia demonstrated a very high level of customer care and professionalism. They patiently explained the various financing options and then found the perfect financial fit for us.
