My overall experience with Tom Harris KIA Finance Department was exceptional. Every one I came in contact with from Reception to car salespeople to finance were friendly, cheerful, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. When I first started looking a cars I went to Mitsubishi and my experience there was the complete opposite of what I had with Rachel at Kia. I'm glad I was put in contact with Tom Harris KIA. She even referred me to other unaffiliated car dealerships so I could compare vehicles. Before I took the Sorento out for a test drive she showed me all the features and again once I had purchased it and before I drove away she went over ever feature in the vehicle. She would come into work early or stay late to accommodate my availability. I found Jeremy Allen the Sales Manager to exhibit the same professionalism and friendliness and he did everything he could to assist. Al Foster was also friendly and professional and handled the paperwork efficiently. I liked the fact that Christine and Jeremy were so helpful and friendly and didn't put me through any hoops. I can honestly say that this is the best team I have ever dealt with at a car dealership and one that I would enjoy having coffee with when I take my vehicle in for service. Christine has also told me to bring the vehicle back to go over any further questions that may arise while I am becoming familiar with it. More
