From Cameron, our sales guy and first representative of the company; John, the Sales Manager, and Krista, the lady who finalized our financing and made sure all details were taken care, we are truly grateful. Perfection takes a bit of time and we were assured everything was taken care of 100% when we drove our new Sportage off the lot and to our home. We were taken throughout the dealership to meet our 'family' so we now feel we are not little 'orphings' from the prairie and we will be treated with respect and consideration. They value us as customers and we value them for the professional service we will expect and receive. He was such a personable and positive person who never pressured us into looking at other vehicles and understood what my daughter was looking for in a car. He said he only started at this job in the fall and I feel he is doing a fabulous job and is an asset to the dealership. Roy was great when he took the vehicle my daughter was trading in for a ride and then did the valuation for the trade-in. He too had a very personable and vibrant personality that added to the positive experience. It was also nice to see how well all the staff at the dealership interact and get along. More

Harris Kia staff are amazing We have been looking to upgrade to a newer Sportage Due to all the new 2017 cars coming in, there were discounts on the 2016. Harris Kia did not have the particular SUV on the lot but our salesman Nick Symons took us into his office, located one and made the deal. We then spoke to Roy Berensten who was very professional and made our deal happen. We then went into the finance dept. (Al Foster) who was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We purchased our SUV on Saturday and Tuesday we drove away. I would not hesitate AT ALL to recommend Harris Kia. All the staff are friendly and willing to go that extra mile. We bought our 2013 Sportage there and had nothing but great service, right from sales to the awesome staff in Service (Kolbi you rock). More

Precisely what I needed.. I was shopping for a specific vehicle type. I had a few very specific requirements. A couple of phone calls later, Rachel had sourced, acquired and made available just the vehicle I was after. Once we got to test drive and some dealing, Rachel made it happen. My requirements were quite specific. I am not an easy client to deal with, my situation is relatively unique, but, as mentioned before, Rachel and her other team members Made it Happen! I have bought and sold many vehicles through dealers here in Canada and in Australia. Some pleasure and some work vehicles, new and used. I have to say that my experience at Harris Kia of Nanaimo was the "Least Painful"of all my purchases. (we all know it's hard work) Well, This crew made it Easy!
