Felt Right Had researched various makes and models to replace my aging Matrix and had settled on a couple of contenders which I test drove at local dealerships. Had researched various makes and models to replace my aging Matrix and had settled on a couple of contenders which I test drove at local dealerships. Was leaning towards a Rondo and checked out competing dealerships for inventory and pricing. Harris Kia came to the forefront and I decided to check them out. Am known as a great ditherer and was not expecting to end the day with a new car parked in my driveway but that is what happened. Nicole approached us as we were looking at a Rondo and offered a test drive. Kudos to the route taken as it allowed me to experience a variety of terrains and driving experiences and solidified my choice of vehicle. With the aid of John, numbers were crunched, an additional discount found, and a deal was made. I fully anticipated having to come back to pick up the car but Nicole and John went above and beyond. As there was no trade in, plates and insurance were arranged and I was driving my new Rondo the 100 km home that evening with Nicole and John in the rear with my old car. This dealership truly does go above and beyond with exceptional service. More

He was very quickly aware of what type of vehicle we needed and what would we would work for us. He let us make the buying decision and was not high pressure.We bought a new Sorento which we love. The rest of the staff were always courteous and greeted us when we entered the showroom. This means alot to prospective customers! The finance people were friendly and professional. Jan and Krista were very friendly and skilled at their jobs. Overall the service from the start to finish was exceptional. We will be recommending Cam to anyone we know in the car market. She was not at all pushy, but rather made us feel very comfortable. We also met with a manager named Mike who was a great, funny, and humorous. He made us laugh a few times and seemed pretty genuine. We did chat wtih Audrey in parts as well. She was very efficient, friendly, and quick. We spent a fair bit of time with Krista. She surpassed our expectations as well. She was so incredibly thoughtful and caring. Really wanted to make sure everything was as we wanted. As we are very busy local business owners this woman drove our new vehicle over 150km up island and delivered to our door!!! She then drove our trade back to the dealership. What service!!!!
