A dealer you can rely on and trust I have been dealing with Harris Kia for the past few years after I moved up island from Victoria BC They looked after me well with my 2011 Orange Kia I have been dealing with Harris Kia for the past few years after I moved up island from Victoria BC They looked after me well with my 2011 Orange Kia Soul. I have been very happy with the service from Kolby Mclean and Mike House, they have always been great to me. I had the misfortune of buying a newer 2015 Kia Soul from a different dealer....it was the car I wanted at what i thought was a good price. I was so wrong......It was a lemon. And I ended up paying more for the 2015 then the new 2016's on the lot After E-mailing Roy Berenstein at Harris Kia in Nanaimo...I dropped into the lot to see what there was available and got talking with Cameron Adams who with Roy came to my rescue and along with Jan Cox helped me to trade into a very similar car which I feel safe in again to drive. I will continue to deal with Harris Kia and its staff hopefully for many years and if your looking for a new or used car.....please go Visit Cameron or I'm sure any salesperson would be more then happy to help you find the car that you want at a price you want to pay More

Excellent No Pressure Sales Experience I walked onto the dealership and saw a used vehicle I was interested in. I was greeted at the door and inquired about mileage and price. friendly staff helpful but not pushy I started out just going to check out the new Kia Ronda just to compare it to the other brands that I had looked into. Many of the dealerships I had I started out just going to check out the new Kia Ronda just to compare it to the other brands that I had looked into. Many of the dealerships I had visited kept insisting that I give them my info ( name , phone etc.) before they would even show me a car, but not these guys. The salesman answered my questions and showed me what I wanted to see without trying to make me look at everything else. I told him I was just doing a comparison and he said no problem.I found the experience to quite easy and pleasant. I did End up going back and buying a new Rondo from them that day after looking at other brand and dealerships. The overall experience was good . My only complaint was that the actual purchase from start to finish did take an awfully long time but that was more to do with ICBC (it took a long time to get insurance because of an ICBC format change) than them.The salesman, the manager and finance were all great. More

Great Friendly People I just moved to Nanaimo and took my car in for an oil change. Keeran was extremely helpful and couldn't be more friendly. The friendliest dealership ever I recently purchased a 2017 Sorrento. My experience at this Kia started back in July of this year, when I went in after Tammy Lowe had raved about what a wonderful dealership this Kia was. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly with a welcoming smile, and introduced to Cameron Adams. We told him what are plans were on that day, which was to test drive, not buy, so we could narrow down our search. He was nothing but understanding, helpful, and made the overall experience of making a purchase like this awesome. After the initial test drive, my husband and I knew it was the vehicle for us, but we just had to wait for a few other things to happen before we could purchase it. Cam was not pushy, and in no way made us feel pressured to make the choice that day, but instead stayed politely in contact with us over the span of 2 months before we were ready. The day I came in to make the purchase, I was again made to feel welcome and at home with every member of the team I came into contact with. "Would I like a coffee or water?" Everyone was happy, and praised their role there. My experience at Kia like no other dealership experience in Nanaimo, where I felt pressured and undervalued. Clearly the members of this team enjoy what they do. I would highly recommend Cameron as his product knowledge and candor interactions were of utmost quality.
