I won't be back, unfortunately. Most of the staff seemed sympathetic & understanding of the fact that I was kept waiting an exceptionally long time for my appointment to buy out my lease. However, after multiple phone calls over the past couple weeks to get someone - anyone - to return my call for guidance, an hour & a half wait for an appointment (without apology or "thank you for your patience" from the person who I had the appointment with), to getting my (technically "new") car from Service uncleaned after they had it 2 1/2 hours (and when I inquired, it was taken back, given only a quick floor vacuum & returned within a few minutes smelling so terrible of body odor - yes, like the Seinfeld episode - I had to drive with the windows down - clearly not properly cleaned & sanitized). Keep in mind, the last time I brought the car in for an oil change, they forgot about me & I almost fell asleep in the waiting room - so this has been a pattern. Very disappointed that buying my car turned out to be such a bad experience for me. It should have been an exciting day. Hopefully you'll do better with your future clients, Harris Kia. I won't be one of them. More

Marcelo was respectful, articulate, intelligent - very pleasant to deal with. He directed my attention to a lightly used 2018 vehicle that fit the bill perfectly for us, even though he might have been ab pleasant to deal with.
