Sales NO Service Yes!!!!! I went to Halton Honda in October 2017 to buy a new Civic. I found the salesman to be rude,condescending and treated me like i new nothing about cars. I went to Halton Honda in October 2017 to buy a new Civic. I found the salesman to be rude,condescending and treated me like i new nothing about cars. I wanted a silver Civic and he told me there were none left anywhere and i must choose red or blue. I obviously left frustrated, But! found a silver EX less than 50 miles away and i bought it. Fast forward my new beautiful SILVER EX needs an oil change. I want to go back to the dealer that sold me the car because i am that loyal. BUT two of my co workers state that Halton Honda has the best service department around. So much to my chagrin, I book an appointment for an oil change and winter/summer tire change. Well i can tell you that this was the best thing i have done!!! Amazing, friendly service!!! I watched Brad interact with different customers and including myself he was beyond professional. I actually felt that i was taken care of and not just someone in line. I will definitely return for my next service appointment. Thanks Brad To the salesman who treated me like Sh**.
