Excellent Service Jamal was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no appointment and he was able to schedule my oil change (and possible tire rotation) and 2 recall Jamal was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no appointment and he was able to schedule my oil change (and possible tire rotation) and 2 recalls on my vehicle immediately upon my arrival. During their vehicle assessment they determined that a tire rotation was not necessary (and did not perform one unnecessarily). There was no wait for the shuttle to the office and they even sent the shuttle back later in the morning to deliver my cell phone that I had left on Jamal's desk. Now that's going above and beyond. Thank you Halton Honda. More
