Halton Honda was not my first choice. My wife and I had intended to purchase a CRV elsewhere, but it became evident that the salesperson I was in contact with (several times) was not list My wife and I had intended to purchase a CRV elsewhere, but it became evident that the salesperson I was in contact with (several times) was not listening to me. As a result, as we were on the way to the other dealership, we re-routed to Halton Honda with little time to spare, arriving at about 6:45 pm, when they closed at 8 p.m. We had called ahead, and spoke with Mustafa. He was very polite, patient, and by the time we were done had signed on to make a deal. Mustafa was NOT in a hurry to leave, in fact we left about 8:40 p.m. Furthermore, he has responded to several follow-ups emails in a timely fashion. It is evident by the positive reviews that Halton Honda takes pride in building a relationship with their customers. More
