I took my car in in February 2021 because I heard a knocking noise. Service advisor Jamal told me it’s likely ice. He told me to wait for a warm day was upcoming and to see if it melted. It was ice and melted away, thereby saving me money. That was my first visit. My second visit occurred in May 2021. I had a few service notifications to take my car in. Again, Jamal ended up being my service advisor. He explained what had taken place. Further, the mechanics noticed there was rust on my brakes. They diagnosed that this might be because of a faulty car part in my type of civic hatchback. Therefore, they changed the pieces out and didn’t charge me for the parts or service. They could easily have done that. Instead, this was used as a recall situation which I wasn’t aware of. Although I’m not a fan of car dealerships at all, I will add that Halton Honda may be the most honest and thorough dealership I’vd dealt with. Jamal has impressed me. I’ve now found my go-to dealership. Keep up the great work Halton Honda. I will send more business your way and spread the word. More
