I have been a customer of Halton Honda since 2003 and I have dealt extensively with people like David McHarg, Brad Mordue and Jamal Sabri for most of that time. These people continue to provide EXCELLENT service are the reason I continue to patronize this dealership. I am however concerned that this dealership is putting unreasonable pressures on the service staff. They always seem so rushed and under pressure. I think more needs to be done to help them out and to maintain the level of service we have come to expect. More

Took Honda Civic in for oil change, brake inspection and tire swap/rotation. Service advisor, Jamal Sabri, was very professional and took the time to ensure that a troubling wheel/brake noise issue was pro tire swap/rotation. Service advisor, Jamal Sabri, was very professional and took the time to ensure that a troubling wheel/brake noise issue was properly attended to with the mechanic...even going the extra mile to separately test drive the car to ensure the noise issue was properly addressed. Service was as expected, good I've been going here for several years now. Only one minor thing this time around. Why were the hub caps left on the snow tires that had been removed? Usually the hub caps ar several years now. Only one minor thing this time around. Why were the hub caps left on the snow tires that had been removed? Usually the hub caps are taken off and are exchanged with the other hub caps in a bag. The hub caps were loose so I ended up taking them off the winter tires myself. One question: what is the brand of tires that come with a 2020 Honda Civic. More
