I don't normally write reviews but had to do so for my experience at Halton Honda. It took me a while to get to it, but here it is....First time owning a Honda and I thought my CRV idling was off. After l experience at Halton Honda. It took me a while to get to it, but here it is....First time owning a Honda and I thought my CRV idling was off. After looking at Honda dealers reviews to find a service centre, I booked an appointment for April 3/21 at Halton Honda. When I got there, I spoke to Cory and explained what I thought was the problem with my idling and accelerating. As it turns out, he respectfully and patiently asked me the right questions to figure out that my vehicle didn't have a problem. It was more of an adjustment issue for me as I was previously used to driving a SUV with a V6 engine which handles differently. Cory even took the time to call Alex over, who was just as professional and helpful and both gave me tips on what is normal and what to look out for if there is an issue. As a customer and a woman, I greatly appreciate Cory and Alex's professionalism and honesty. I will definitely be back! But more importantly...I've told all my friends:) More
