The last two services that my car went through, during covid, were very frustrating because the person making the appointment did not have sufficient information/experience to predict how long the service covid, were very frustrating because the person making the appointment did not have sufficient information/experience to predict how long the service would take. Since I don't live in Burlington, I was forced to walk around the town for more hours than expected. No coffee shops, retail stores etc were open, so it was a very long time, almost 5 hours, 2 hours longer than the promised 2 hours. However, this time, everything went smoothly. My car was ready at the stated time. I still had to walk around Burlington for 3 hours but I had planned for that time frame. Good job of improving the situation. More

I have been a customer of Halton Honda since 2003 and I have dealt extensively with people like David McHarg, Brad Mordue and Jamal Sabri for most of that time. These people continue to provide EXCELLENT s have dealt extensively with people like David McHarg, Brad Mordue and Jamal Sabri for most of that time. These people continue to provide EXCELLENT service are the reason I continue to patronize this dealership. I am however concerned that this dealership is putting unreasonable pressures on the service staff. They always seem so rushed and under pressure. I think more needs to be done to help them out and to maintain the level of service we have come to expect. More

Service advisor, Jamal Sabri, was very professional and took the time to ensure that a troubling wheel/brake noise issue was pro tire swap/rotation.
