He genuinely cared to meet all my needs and keep me within my budget! conversation during the test drive was natural and i learned a lot about the features of each vehicle. This being my first car purchase, Alex really helped me make an informed decision and went out of his way to help me be confident with the transaction. Amazing This was my first time buying a new car so I have to say I was pretty excited. Alex was great from the minute I met him. When it came to the test drive, Alex drove first to show me all the features that both vehicles of interest. I went in on a Monday and probably spent a good 4 hours there (btw they have an amazing espresso machine) . The paperwork was signed and I was set to get a brand new Tuscon. I was pretty annoying calling Tuesday and Wednesday asking when it would be ready. (Again first time buying a car,didn't know the process or how long it takes). I was able to pick up the same week on Friday, how amazing was that. I can not say enough to good things about this location. Prior to going to this location I went to one other and was not taken seriously. Alex and the team made me feel at home and we're very welcoming. Thanks everyone for an amazing job. More

Service I brought my sante fe in for a recalled part. Service department is very friendly and helpful. The courtesy driver was great. service department I have always been so impressed with the service department, but this past week, I was kinda annoyed. I brought my car in for service #1, oil change a I have always been so impressed with the service department, but this past week, I was kinda annoyed. I brought my car in for service #1, oil change and I could feel some vibration and hear rubbing when braking so asked them to check that as well. She did tell me that if they find nothing there would be a $55 charge to check the brakes. I didn't think much of that until they did find nothing and I was charged $55 for a few minutes they did to check the brakes. At the service garage we used before they never would have charged that much for a quick check of the brakes. I was not impressed, but paid the bill as she had told me about the charge before and I had signed the paper. More
