Convenient car purchase I got my car fast and easy. It was delivered to me nice and clean, oriented with the features that my car got. I also purchased an additional set of wheels for the Winter, however I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't have free tire storage for new customers. None the less, Wes and Reese did a great job in working together for my car purchase. More

Taken advantage of I feel my daughter attending university was taken advantage of by Guelph Hyundai. They have been telling her to replace the belts on her Accent for t I feel my daughter attending university was taken advantage of by Guelph Hyundai. They have been telling her to replace the belts on her Accent for the last two services. I have gone online to review if this was within Hyundais maintetance recommnedations and it appears premature. I had her get the belts and the condition shows no cracks or damage that would warrant repalcement. In addition they pursued replacing her summer tires and in looking at the wear bars there is still at least one if not two more seasons of wear available. I will be posting pictures and sharing our experience on twitter. We are done with guelph Hyundai!!! More

Flat tire Left the mall and found one of my tires was puctured by a staple. Excellent customer-oriented service I had a great experience in bringing in my Sonata. I had a list of things to add on to a requested recall: an oil change, rotation and installation o I had a great experience in bringing in my Sonata. I had a list of things to add on to a requested recall: an oil change, rotation and installation of winter tires plus the 2 year free detailing that was on offer from Hyundai's coupon book which I received on buying the car., I could carry out a number of errands plus an appointment, all coordinated by John McLuhan, the service adviser who arranged a substitute car for me. Royal service in the Royal City.! Well done! More
