Repairs to exhaust Part of the exhaust had to be replaced. It was going to take a couple of hours so I asked for a ride to a store. Within five minutes of arriving at the dealership, I was in the Sante Fe and having a pleasant chat with Travis. On arrival back at the dealership a few hours later, my car was ready and I grabbed a coffee and was out again. So efficient! Guelph is not my closest dealership, but I drive the extra distance because they work as a team and seldom look unhappy or bored as with other dealerships I have been to. More

I certainly have a good feeling of trust, and that is HUGE for me. I hate when I don't know if I am paying for a part that is not necessary. Actually, Dan tried to fix my issue himself, before proceeding with a replacement part. I feel my Hyundai is in good hands. More

The team was helpful, friendly, and all work was completed in a timely manner (as always). My only concern was that the woman who made my appointment over the phone informed me that I was due for Service 3. When I consulted my records and checked with the Service Advisor, I was actually only due for Service 1. If I hadn't checked we wouldn't been charged a few hundred extra dollars months too early. Tried to purchase 2 vehicles ! I recently returned to this dealership with my son/daughter-in-law to each purchase a Hyundai vehicle. The sales rep was courteous however, it was a struggle to get "hard numbers" and little effort to strike a deal, given we were in the market for two cars. Eventually I did purchase a vehicle but no "head-way" for my family. The rep did say he had a demo in mind and would contact my son shortly. He did not and only accidently replied to a text, thinking it was someone else ? At any rate my son has tried unsuccessfully to get detail on this or any other vehicle. I have suggested he contact the dealership owner or another rep but I am not sure if he has been "soured" on the Hyundai experience. The young rep assisting me was polite, courteous and the vehicle is everything he promised, however, we still left the dealership with a bad taste in our mouths. More
Tucson I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, how I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, however, the service rep didn't blink an eye and took the vehicle in as it was for a recall. I was in and out in about a half an hour and everyone was very pleasant. What I'm really confused about is the fact that my husband and I bought TWO vehicles at the same time from this dealership but there was no information in their systems for us other then my husbands name. This was indicated when I called to book the appointment and then again when I came in for that said appointment. Not sure why that would be. All in all, the experience we have had has been good! More

It cost him his life and caused $2600 damage to the underside of the car. The dealership worked in conjunction with our insurance company and did the repairs in a timely friendly way. In the process they discovered another unrelated issue that was repaired under the warrantee. More
