gouged I recently took my vehicle in to have the tires topped up. They found out that I had two break lights out. I was stupid enough to say replace them wi I recently took my vehicle in to have the tires topped up. They found out that I had two break lights out. I was stupid enough to say replace them with out asking how much. it was $48. Ouch! My fault for not asking but I think it was an outrageous price. I should have just bought them and taken it some where else or did it my self. Oh well live and learn. As a positive they were friendly, but they will not see me for service I will find another place to take my car. More

Even though I was originally frustrated with the service people I spoke to on the phone when I got to the dealership they treated me very well. Every question or concern was listened to and addressed. They used plastic seat covers and steering wheel cover to keep my car clean. Even though I entered through the wrong door a gentleman courteously directed me to the service area. This was a big help, I was very nervous, more than my car and it was the one being poked at. I felt quite comfortable leaving my car there while I went to visit a friend, she picked me up but they did offer shuttle service. More

1st service Had my new Elantra in for an oil change and was in and out in 30 minutes. Like the new drive through, and I will like it even more in winter. Not a Satisfactory Experience My recent service visit to the dealership was not satisfactory. I first tried to book an appointment online. After engaging in a "messaging" dialogue My recent service visit to the dealership was not satisfactory. I first tried to book an appointment online. After engaging in a "messaging" dialogue in which I provided all of the relevant info on my car, I was told to open a service request form which asked all of the same information that I had provided. I completed the online form and heard nothing back for a day so I phoned and set up the service appointment. A day later I get an email asking me when I would like to bring my car in. The experience was a total waste of my time. I brought my car in for 8:00 am and was told that it would be ready between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Shuttle driver was great and I was dropped home. Phoned at 12:30 to inquire and was told some additional work was required. Fine. As I needed to collect my grandkids from day car by 4:45 pm I called at 3:00 and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and the driver would come now to pick me up. Again the shuttle service was excellent. However, my car was not ready until 5:00 which resulted in a mess at day care. If you are going to tell customers that their car will be ready, BE SURE THAT IT IS READY. Your service guy apologized for the delay, but you need to improve your communication. As I was away for the winter, I received cards in the mail offering discounts based on the cost of service. I took them in only to be told that they were expired. Also disappointing. More
