Time wasted I Was there for an oil change and brake inspection which took 5 long hours to complete. They are overbooked and don't deal with communicating to the c I Was there for an oil change and brake inspection which took 5 long hours to complete. They are overbooked and don't deal with communicating to the customer what's going on. I wasted my only day off sitting in a waiting room. I had a hair appointment and plans to pick up my kids from school. I didn't make either of those happen. I don't recommend Guelph as they are too busy to keep customers happy. More

Outstanding service - start to finish Service dept - always a pleasure to deal with. Needed vehicle all day so offered loaner. Efficient, courteous and friendly I brought my Sonata in for a Spring Service and change of tires for the summer, and since I live out of the Guelph area I asked for a loaner car. All I brought my Sonata in for a Spring Service and change of tires for the summer, and since I live out of the Guelph area I asked for a loaner car. All was ready for me when I arrived and I even got to enjoy their new loaner, a Santa Fe, for the time it took to service my car. I was able to get my errands done and returned to find everything ready. It was my first visit to their new facility and I liked the easy access to the service bays and the speed with which my car was assessed and I was on my way. Excellent all around. More
