Hassle free service experience. Jenni is absolutely awesome! The service pack I needed done was going to take a bit of time. Understandably I assumed I'd need a ride home or have to wait there. But that wasn't g The service pack I needed done was going to take a bit of time. Understandably I assumed I'd need a ride home or have to wait there. But that wasn't going to happen. Without missing a step Jenni said she'd have me in a loner vehicle and go ahead and go do my errands as this was a Saturday booking. Honestly I was very pleasantly surprised. She explained what had to be done, why and off I went. By the time I got a call from Jenni I'd been home for a while and upon my return my car was done and ready for me to go. I must say it was a wonderful experience and I feel people like Jenni really care and it shows. I won't hesitate to have my vehicle back for its next service! More
