Aaron explained everything he was doing step by step before doing it with making sure we had no questions or concerns. He was very helpful and knows what he doing for sure as he answered anything we brought up. He had our vehicle warmed up and ready for us when we came in. When we met him he exceeded our expectations. I strongly suggest asking for him if your looking to buy a vehicle. We'll forever be a new client to Great West. Unexpected vehicle repair leads to a new vehicle Brought my 2010 Grand Caravan in for a repair. But discovered it was not worth fixing. Bjorn from service put me in touch with Eden and we found a su Brought my 2010 Grand Caravan in for a repair. But discovered it was not worth fixing. Bjorn from service put me in touch with Eden and we found a suitable replacement and got me back on the road in a couple of days. LIke most garages the service cost was pricey but they gave me a fair trade in value and I think the purchase of the new Caravan was fairly priced. All folks were helpful and answered my follow up questions. Thanks to all. More

Fantastic experience! Andy was fantastic to deal with from start to finish! We spent 4 hours in the dealership on a Saturday, test driving cars and then making a deal. We had our two year old daughter with us who didn’t complain even one time because the staff were so friendly and helped us entertain her for the duration of our time there. Andy was knowledgeable and prepared to answer any and all of our questions and helped us find the car that was right for our family. When it came time to pick the new car up, they were fast & efficient and had us in and out in less than 20 minutes. Andy even washed my old licence plate for me so that I didn’t have to take it home in my new car dirty - thoughtful! This is our second purchase at this dealership and it was a great experience both times. Thanks to all the staff for everything! More

Our experience with Emil and Greatwest in general last winter your service team did me a solid when I was in a tough spot in a company truck doing snow removal. Because of this I stopped getting my s last winter your service team did me a solid when I was in a tough spot in a company truck doing snow removal. Because of this I stopped getting my services done with Southtown with my personal truck for Greatwest and have always been treated fairly. For this reason when the time came to make a vehicle purchase we came to Greatwest first. Emil was very helpful and patient (I am not easy to deal with when making a vehicle purchase).He listened to what I wanted and took the time to thoroughly search through the inventory and went though a few test drives and back and forth with sales manager till he got us the Jeep we wanted at a price we were happy with. I think he probly spent 5 hours in one day dealing with us. A few days after we brought the vehicle home we noticed an annoying squeak/rattle with one of the rear seats. I brought the vehicle back and Emil was on the issue that very day and had us scheduled in to get the issue fixed (the whole dealership was very easy to deal with actually, I was expecting the run around). I have bought 4 vehicles in the last 5 years and always felt like my needs were not being listened to and that I was being pressured to sign papers on a vehicle I did not want for more than I wanted to pay. I never felt this with Emil. Overall both my wife and I would love to deal with Greatwest and especially Email again in the future. More
