I’ve just experienced the best customer service at this dealership and wished to give feedback. I worked with Cindy Bray and Vinny Sachdeva who both went above and beyond in order to help me. In the end, I dealership and wished to give feedback. I worked with Cindy Bray and Vinny Sachdeva who both went above and beyond in order to help me. In the end, I had a a recall on my vehicle addressed and since the vehicle is still under warrantee, the dealership made $0 on me today. However, Cindy spent over an hour on the phone acquiring information that would help me decide whether it would best for me to sell my car, trade it in, or keep it. Ultimately, I decided to keep my car. But if I need another car, I will certainly be coming back to talk to Cindy and Vinny again! Great job Great West Chrysler!! From a very happy customer. More

Extremely happy with my experience 1,000 km away. After seeing a Ram truck on the Great West website I went to my local Ram dealer in Penticton to see if they could produce a similar deal. They could not so I got in touch with Great West and my daughter who lives in Edmonton visited them to see the truck I was interested in. She found the manager she spoke with and Vinny to be very helpful, not at all 'pushy' and she was pleased with the vehicle and the way she was shown the truck options and capabilities. Vinny got in touch with me (1,000 km away) and management 'sight unseen' made a very reasonable offer for my trade. After sending several pictures of my trade we made a firm deal-Bill of Sale via the internet-and within 4 days the truck was driven to me and my trade driven back to Great West. (The finance person sent incorrectly labelled documents but immediately sent corrected ones.) I had no trouble registering my new truck in BC (they are very 'sticky' here about original documentation) and of course paying the PST! I cannot believe how smoothly the deal went without my visiting the showroom and only a couple of phone calls and e-mails back and forth. More
