I looked on line and found a truck of interest at Great West Chrysler I called and talked to the salesman Whitroy and set up an appointment, I arrived the truck was ready for me to view, we took it for a drive and he worked with me to get a fair trade in value for my vehicle and a price I was comfortable with on the "new to me" used truck. Once we were finished he handed me off to their Fiance Department and I was able to complete my application with Tammy, excellent experience, made me feel comfortable and the whole process was fun and relaxed. Very patient with a senior I am a repeat customer for sales (& service) need I say more. Also I was not "in need" of a new car as my old car was in the Service Dept. for tire r I am a repeat customer for sales (& service) need I say more. overall happy i came in upset as I was picking up my van, the AC went and was going to take over a month to get the part. Disappointed Brought my jeep in for the first time and chose the closest service department to my residence. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait fo Brought my jeep in for the first time and chose the closest service department to my residence. Had an appointment scheduled and still had to wait for an "advisor" although there were no other vehicles in line. Service "ladies/advisors" are not professionally dressed. Ragged t-shirts, leggings and tops that barley cover their chest. I waited for vehicle as requested and they only took 1 1/4 hrs. the job requested was simple, 5 tire rotation and oil change. Tires were not checked for air, hence i drove home with my spare 20lbs less than required. My oil change, well lets say jeep is leaking, and they couldn't even be bothered to reset the oil change monitor on the steering wheel. Needless to say I wont be coming back for service. More
