Andy was very polite, courteous and followed the covid protocols which was very important to us, we felt he cared. He is very knowledgeable answering all our questions and when he didn't know the answer h protocols which was very important to us, we felt he cared. Excellent service, great people to deal with I decided it was time to trade in my Dodge Journey and get a truck I went to a couple of dealerships and was very dissatisfied with what they offered I decided it was time to trade in my Dodge Journey and get a truck I went to a couple of dealerships and was very dissatisfied with what they offered and how much they did not want to negotiate. I looked on line and found a truck of interest at Great West Chrysler I called and talked to the salesman Whitroy and set up an appointment, I arrived the truck was ready for me to view, we took it for a drive and he worked with me to get a fair trade in value for my vehicle and a price I was comfortable with on the "new to me" used truck. Once we were finished he handed me off to their Fiance Department and I was able to complete my application with Tammy, excellent experience, made me feel comfortable and the whole process was fun and relaxed. I highly recommend checking out Great West when you decide its time to purchase a vehicle. More
