Took jeep in to greatwest Chrysler West edmonton April 2022 for a leak under my jeeps front end and other lines done. Mechanic told me I should replace my rear output seal as well as he said it' April 2022 for a leak under my jeeps front end and other lines done. Mechanic told me I should replace my rear output seal as well as he said it's looking old ( never had a leak from rear of jeep before) total cost was $ 3040.00. Now it has been in 3 times as the rear output seal keeping leaking. 3rd time I took it in was on a Wednesday ( yes I had an appointment). Heard nothing all day and phoned next morning and found out it was sitting outside all day and never even looked at it. It's going on Friday now and have not been informed about if it has been fixed or even looked at. The second time I brought it in and They said it's ready after 8 hrs and I picked it up. They will not produce any paperwork stating they fixed it ! )Using excuse as 2 techs worked on it and they need to discuss there labour time). It probably sat outside all day and never looked at it, thats why it still leaks. The service manager at greatwest is useless, doesn't even remember who I was when I call to tell him it was leaking the second time that was 2 weeks ago. I plan on filing a complaint with AMVIC and also file civil complaint against this dealership. ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS DEALERSHIP IS. More
