Great sales team, very poor service department I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this woul I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this would be a dealership I would be dealing with for a very long time. I walked out with my Laramie 3500 megacab. Then it came to dealing with the service department. Normal day to day oil changes are quick and efficient, but that is all. I brought my truck in to get a tire leak fixed. 7 hours later I finally get out of the shop. By the way it is a 1hour job at any tire shop. I thought I Would give them one more shot. Just recently I booked my truck in to get fuel filters changed, some electrical issues looked at and the same tire leak again. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 am, and at check in I was asked " how quickly would I like it back?" Of course I said as soon as possible as I have a five hour drive home. I guess to them this means park it on the lot and not look at it. I popped by at 12:30 to get an update and my truck was not even touched. Had I known that my truck was not going to be looked at, I would have just rebooked my appointment and left for home that morning. Needless to say I took my keys back and went home. I will be rebooking an appointment, just not with a dealership shop. More
