A few days later we met, walked through the lot and found the vehicle that my Dad was looking for. GWC was quick to get the truck in their shop to get a whole list of accessories installed on the truck that we liked. Mike Huffman, Director of Finance, clearly laid out the financing options and thoroughly explained additional coverage options (such as the 3m paint protectant film, which I would recommend to anyone buying a new vehicle!). My dad has purchased over 80 new vehicles in his lifetime and says that this was definitely one of the best dealership experiences he has had. Great sales team, very poor service department I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this woul I was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales department. I was not pressured into anything I Did not want. I thought for sure this would be a dealership I would be dealing with for a very long time. I walked out with my Laramie 3500 megacab. Then it came to dealing with the service department. Normal day to day oil changes are quick and efficient, but that is all. I brought my truck in to get a tire leak fixed. 7 hours later I finally get out of the shop. By the way it is a 1hour job at any tire shop. I thought I Would give them one more shot. Just recently I booked my truck in to get fuel filters changed, some electrical issues looked at and the same tire leak again. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 am, and at check in I was asked " how quickly would I like it back?" Of course I said as soon as possible as I have a five hour drive home. I guess to them this means park it on the lot and not look at it. I popped by at 12:30 to get an update and my truck was not even touched. Had I known that my truck was not going to be looked at, I would have just rebooked my appointment and left for home that morning. Needless to say I took my keys back and went home. I will be rebooking an appointment, just not with a dealership shop. More
