Shawn Shute is the kick-xxx rock star of car sales!!! I started off looking for a bigger vehicle for my growing family by emailing 4 or 5 dealers in Edmonton area. So 2 of them never got back to me. 1 of I started off looking for a bigger vehicle for my growing family by emailing 4 or 5 dealers in Edmonton area. So 2 of them never got back to me. 1 of them answered but apparently was not caring too much about the sale. And another one was Shawn Shute... Shawn got me good price right away. He answered all my questions with in an hour or less by email. Email was super convenient to me as I was busy at a work training session. He seemed impartial, open and was looking out for my interests. The only day I could come get the vehicle was Saturday. Shawn was off on that day BUT he came to dealership and stayed with us throughout the whole process of test-drive, decision making and financing... about 5 hours... on his day off... on weekend...!!! So that was unexpectedly awesome. Also I was with all my family (it was weekend and of cause everyone wanted to come and get new car!) and... it was no problem at all. The dealership has the kids room with a bunch of toys and a small cafe where my family was fed lunch on the house!! Pretty awesome! We came to pick up the new car couple days later. Shawn spend time explaining some features of new car, paired my phone to it, set up radio stations. Also my 6 year old daughter got a gift from the dealership - a nice fashion benny hat! She was very happy with that! I also got to meet Andy Savoury. Also a super nice and chill guy. You never guess how old he is! LOL Overall very nice experience buying a new car. First time I was doing it and got lucky to work with these guys. Thank you!! I definitely recommend!! More

Always awesome!! I was recommended to Great West by a co-worker 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a new vehicle. I went and received awesome customer service by the I was recommended to Great West by a co-worker 2.5 years ago when I was looking for a new vehicle. I went and received awesome customer service by the wonderful Eden Donahue. She was helpful and was even able to show me a vehicle from another manufacturer, which I didn't end up liking. She suggested a Jeep Cherokee as she thought it would match with what I wanted, it did and was great from the time I picked it up. Since that time I have gone back to school and was looking to trade in my vehicle, I got a call from another dealership and had talked to them. After talking to them I thought back to how helpful Eden had been and decided to contact her to see if maybe she could help me out. She did an amazing job helping me. She was able to find the trade in vehicle I wanted (another Jeep Cherokee) and make the whole experience great. Eden also has great manager that do whatever they can to help you where they can. All in all I would recommend Great West Chrysler and the staff there (especially Eden) to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. They are friendly, helpful and provide awesome customer service. My extra bonus was to install updated version for my phone to uconnect to give me full use of Siri hands free for texting email calendar appointments and everything else on my phone and that's called Siri Eyes on uconnect site. Met with Shawn Shute the next day and explained I wanted to upgrade my 2014 Grand Caravan to a later model with a few more bells and whistles.After looking at both used and new and being informed of a financing offer on new 2017"s I decided on the latter and within 15mins he located one with exactly the options I wanted.At no time during the negotiating process was I made to feel intimidated and a mutually accepted deal was soon reached.Working with Mike Huffman in finance was equally comfortable and productive,like Shawn he listened and gave his all to accommodate me.
