I received nothing but the best professional service when I purchased my 2016 Jeep Cherokee at Great West. Our story starts when my husband and I were looking to upgrade my Jeep Compass. We are big on supporting local businesses so stopped at the Spruce Grove Jeep/Chrysler dealership. It was here that I received the most humiliating treatment I have ever experienced in my life. Because I was not willing to cave to their extreme pressure sales tactics, the store manager ordered me out of his dealership. He wanted a sale so bad that he was willing to emotional abuse a 50 year old women to achieve an all might dollar. His loss not mine. My husband and I headed to the next Jeep dealership and so arrived at Great West. It was here that within a matter of 30 minutes I purchased exactly what I wanted, felt that I was being treated with respect and that my interests were the main focus. I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee North and I absolutely love it. We have subsequently gone back for routine oil changes, to purchase aftermarket rims and to get a brake controller installed.
