Great experience Bought a new Dodge Ram here Oct.14, 2017. Visited 3 other dealers before arriving at this one. Met the sales guy by the name of Whitroy as soon as Bought a new Dodge Ram here Oct.14, 2017. Visited 3 other dealers before arriving at this one. Met the sales guy by the name of Whitroy as soon as I arrived and felt very comfortable dealing with him and bought my new truck 2 hours after arrival. Very friendly, professional, polite, and did not make me feel pressured at all. The manager was also professional and nice, and when I told them both I wanted to leave and just think things over I didn't feel guilt from them. They simply wanted to work with me and get me the best price that I wanted for that truck. In the end I decided on this dealership (which is the furthest dealer in Edmonton from my home in Sherwood Park) because they were easy to deal with, worked with me on getting the price I wanted with a couple extras, did not use high pressure sales tactics, and friendly and professional. I would also like to mention the shop Foreman named Vern who went above and beyond to get my shaky truck fixed immediately at 3:30pm on the day I picked up my new truck. He solved the issue himself in the shop and put me ahead of the other vehicles and got me back on the road within half hour, telling me it was his pleasure and he wanted to make sure my new truck was 100% for me that day. Highly recommend and looking forward to all my future dealings with these guys. More

After further consideration, I decided to opt out because I wanted to purchase a new truck instead. They didn't have the one I wanted, but managed to have it delivered from Calgary on very short notice as I was in a hurry to make the purchase before moving back to Toronto. Overall, they helped me out with every step of the way from finding a car to securing a loan with very little effort. They are great at what they do. More

This where we first came into contact with Eden Donahue, wonderful s the best way to describe her. What a joy to meet a professional, charming, knowledgeable and smart sales person. We never felt pushed or under pressure. Eden went out of her way to make sure we were informed and understood what we were buying. When the time came for the haggling we were sent to Bjorn the New car manager. It worked well and I love to haggle, at the end he took me for $200.00 more than I wanted to spend but what you gonna do. Once that was done we were back with Eden where we finished the deal. The vehicle was not to Eden's satisfaction so it was sent back to be cleaned and polished. I cannot remember the gentleman's name who did the final detailing but he was great. We are completely satisfied and happy with our 2017 Jeep Trailhawk. We would go back to Great West again in a blink. Well done and thank you very much. Dale and Holly Hycha More
