Ultimately we chose the used 2013 VW Jetta 2.5 at this dealership because Andy was flexible on the price, it was in mint condition, very clean and because of the relaxed atmosphere. Financing was simple and quick as we were prepared with the necessary docs. We will be looking for a newer used Dodge Cargo van in the future and this will be our first place to look. Great service! Don't go to this dealership! I called this dealership looking to trade in my car for a truck or van/SUV. I had been to a few other dealerships before hand who were unable to help I called this dealership looking to trade in my car for a truck or van/SUV. I had been to a few other dealerships before hand who were unable to help in keeping the payments where I needed them to be due to negative equity on my car. So I didn't want to commute if great west Chrysler couldn't do it either. I spoke with a salesman Shawn Shute, he guaranteed they would be able to do it and invited had me come into the dealership. When I met with Shawn he made a point to tell me how great of a salesman he is and how many vehicles he had sold that day and he showed me all of his reviews on this site about how great he is... After going over everything and pulling my husbands credit it was determined that he could not keep the payments where we needed them to be either. Apparently because of his credit score, he also warned that other dealerships (if we went elsewhere) would probably run my husbands credit a bunch of times to different banks but made a point to say that great west Chrysler doesn't do that (which I thought was weird that this even had to be mentioned). We discussed other options with Shawn as we were serious about purchasing a vehicle, he said he was going to speak with a few managers and see what could be done. At this point, I believe he knew there was nothing they could do to keep the payments where we needed them but decided to string us along anyways continuing to say they had different ideas and solutions and that they would call us back. No one ever called us back and I got tired of chasing them down to speak with. Again, not really a big deal, however when I later looked over my credit report I noticed that they pulled our credit 7 different times, bringing our credit score down to make it so that the score was too low to purchase a vehicle any where else. This was unnessecary and they didn't have permission to do it. So unless you can afford those hits on your credit do not visit this dealership. More
