I am not one for aggressive sales people, and Eden simply let things move at our pace, with the appropriate amount of guidance. She worked for us, to ensure we were getting the vehicle we wanted, when we wanted it, and more importantly; at the price we wanted. She came through on absolutely everything she had promised us, and the end result was that we walked away, with the keys to our new vehicle, both with big smiles!!. I mentioned to Eden, that she had made the whole process so easy and comfortable for us. It was absolutely excellent dealing with her. She has a wonderful personality and she really knows her stuff!! On arrival at Great West Chrysler, we were quite disappointed in the vehicle we went to view initially. Aaron was quick to rectify the situation and gave us other vehicle options right away. He was extremely friendly and if we needed anything he was there despite his extremely busy day. All of the other staff we came across were also extremely friendly, always had smiles on their faces and even cracked jokes with us. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Awesome Treatment! I have bought a few vehicles from CJ, Greg, & Thaddeus and always have had a good experience. In the last year I have had a very rough go of things I have bought a few vehicles from CJ, Greg, & Thaddeus and always have had a good experience. In the last year I have had a very rough go of things financially and approached CJ about a month ago about getting into a cheaper vehicle in order to slash my payments. I have to say, CJ and the team there bent over backwards to help me though my tough times in terms of working with me on late payments and such, and THEN CJ spent days helping me look at other car choices, evaluating them as good or bad purchase decisions, and ultimately we decided on a used SUV that would work price and payment wise for me to help me get back on my feet. In addition to all that, CJ and the team then went over that SUV with a microscope to find any mechanical issues that would need to be addressed to ensure peace of mind and no surprise repair bills in the near future. After many years of working with CJ, Thad and Greg I can tell you that these guys care and will do whatever they can to help a guy out. I highly recommend these guys and will continue to do business with them in the future. More
