Brad gave me a hand with getting onto the charge station, when I first pulled up there was a vehicle occupying it. He texted me the minute it left and held the spot for me. Paige was very professional in her knowledge of sales. She is personable and that, combined with her experience in sales, cemented the sale for us. I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet. I am very disappointed with the service. I bought a used car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up af car at the dealership and brought it in for maintenance. At the same time I asked if they could deal with some little spots of rust that showed up after winter. No problem the technician told me, took photos and promised to call me a week later. That was in mid April. I finally called again mid June. He hadn’t done anything and promised to get right on it and call back the next day. End of June I called the service manager. He told me he would talk to the guy the very next day and call me back the afternoon of that day. It’s now mid July and I haven’t heard a word. Sorry guys but this looks a lot like a pattern to me. More
