From the beginning we have had heating issues and unfortunately all we have got is the run around on how there is nothing wrong with the car. But when you have to get into a cold vehicle and drive it after it running for 45 mins for it to warm up is totally unacceptable. We have spoke to a couple different dealerships and they say that it’s not right. I had spoke with the Canadian representatives last fall/winter about this issue while they were in town and was told that they were trying to find a solution to the issue but absolutely nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The car is great in the summer but wouldn’t recommend an Atlas in the northern parts of Canada. Nothing to do with the service advisors they are just relaying msgs. Unhappy consumer.
