When I enquired from Edmonton about a couple of used VW Tiguan, Logan Shumaker called me back very quickly. He provided me more info about the condition of the vehicles including videos and additional pho Tiguan, Logan Shumaker called me back very quickly. He provided me more info about the condition of the vehicles including videos and additional photos. These were helpful to decide on one of the vehicles. When I drove up to Grande Prairie VW to see the Tiguan, test drive it, and take for inspection, the vehicle was in great condition, exactly as Logan described, and listed on their website. Logan, Terri, Shawn and the service team there provided very friendly, professional, prompt service and of course a great price towards the purchase of the Tiguan. Due to their quick turnaround time, I was also able to drive it back to Edmonton on the same day. Btw, their hi-tech coffee machine provided a wonderful latte for the trip back. Thank you! More

it was really easy to shop there. I found my vehicle in one day and drove away the next , they had exactly what I wanted.
