Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait two weeks for an appointment and leave without a repair completed. We’d like to provide some clarity around what occurred. While it may have seemed that the issue was simply a bulb replacement, our process requires that we first properly diagnose the concern, provide an accurate quote, and receive authorization for both the part and installation before ordering any components. Without that prior diagnosis and approval—or a prepayment request for a specific part—we’re unable to order parts in advance, as we cannot assume the exact repair needed. That said, we recognize that this was not clearly communicated ahead of your visit, and we understand how that led to unmet expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. Our Service Manager has asked that you contact him directly moving forward, and he would be more than happy to assist you personally to ensure your concern is addressed as efficiently as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.
