Say No to Nissan I am so disappointed at the service of GP Nissan. This is the second issue I've had with them. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. They are Great a I am so disappointed at the service of GP Nissan. This is the second issue I've had with them. I have bought 3 vehicles from them. They are Great at selling vehicles but do not provide customer service at all. As soon as you drive your vehicle off the lot you are screwed. I cannot drive my car in winter because of known defects that they are not willing to remedy. Service department guy, Rob, hung up on me saying call back when I can be sensible after my heater quit working which he said was a known issue and I am 2 hours away and cannot drive my car to have it looked at because I cannot see out the window. I did not scream or swear or degrade him in any way. When I called back to speak the the manager Bruce he defended his service man rather than apologizing and didn't offer me a sensible solution. Apparently Nissan thinks it is acceptable to only drive your car when it is above freezing. I called and asked for the number to corporate and they all said they didn't have the number. Hmmm...very interesting. My last Nissan had the transmission go at 17000 kilometers in the middle of Wyoming. I had the extended warranty and still had to pay 4000 out of pocket to get my car home for a warranty issue. Then they ask if I have the extended warranty now, which I opted out of because in addition to paying for it the last time, and then having to lose an additional 4000, they told me that they cannot provide a rental car but a tow (2 hours away, leaving me without a car) because I don't have the extended warranty, even though it is a manufacture defect! The manager wasn't willing to work with me despite me leaving raving reviews for all 3 vehicles that I purchased from them in the past. It took me too long to realize how stupid I am for even going back. They pretend to be amazing to get you to buy but God forbid anything going wrong that isn't your fault and is a complete defect of the car, you are screwed. So now I have a car that I can't drive until probably April now and am so disappointed and let down by someone I have given my business to for so many years. I will never buy another Nissan again and would strongly urge people to think about this before driving a car off of that lot. The extended warranty didnt protect me, the regular warranty didn't protect me and now I am paying for a car that cannot be driven until we are above freezing temperatures. Thank you Nissan for taking advantage of a great loyal customer. You no longer have my loyalty and need to remedy this problem. I am a single mother who cannot get to work because of poor customer service and a faulty vehicle. Not the first time, either. Boo on customer service and you should never hang up on a stranded customer, especially when they are not screaming, swearing or belittling you, just desperate for a remedy. I hope you all are proud of yourselves for the way you handled this situation because you lost my business and I will share my story with my friends rather than referring them as I've done in the past. More
Knowledgeable Paige helped me into a brand new Rouge. I was bringing in my old one for service and she met me at the door with a deal. She knew how much the buyou Paige helped me into a brand new Rouge. I was bringing in my old one for service and she met me at the door with a deal. She knew how much the buyout would be and how much monthly payments would be on a new vehicle. She knew the old Rouge and new Rouge and could highlight the differences for me! I was very impressed! She even took me down to the licensing office and waited while I got the registration change! The service from everyone was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend not only this dealership, but Paige also to help you find your next vehicle. More

Feeling blessed I just recently bought a new vehicle from Nissan and am feeling very blessed. I started by going to the sale at the mall. Colton greeted me as I walke I just recently bought a new vehicle from Nissan and am feeling very blessed. I started by going to the sale at the mall. Colton greeted me as I walked towards the cars. He was very friendly, not pushy, which I really appreciated! I wasn’t in a hurry to buy a vehicle as I had been researching what I actually wanted for a few months, and was willing to wait. I found that Colton was very open, direct, and honest (again I so appreciated) He listened to what I was wanting, wrote it all down and he worked at trying to find what I would be happy with. Well, he succeeded! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new or new to you vehicle to take your business to Colton at Nissan. Not to forget that all the staff there seem so friendly and helpful. The finance guys were also great! Thank you Nissan for a great experience in buying my cute little Nissan Qashqai, I LOVE it!
