That is disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. We are sorry you feel let down. Nissan Canada did make a change to a more enviormentally friendly product. In making this change Nissan Canada did not anticipate the new product to damage seals. This has created a demand for new seals. Nissan Canada is doing their best to meet the demand, but it has caused this part to be back ordered. We are sorry for the inconvience this has caused you along with our other Nissan customers. Grande Prairie Nissan is working with Nissan Canada to try and expedite the necessary parts to repair your vehicle to ensure your air conditioning is fully operational, without further interuptions.
