Good when people listen and want to meet your needs! I just purchased a 2016 accent hyundai. I almost walked away at 1st feeling stressed by another salesman from a different dealer. She took the time to listen and understand my needs and what i needed in a vehicle and in payments. For over 2 weeks we communicated back and forth. She was always quick to get back to me and i felt comfortable bringing up any concerns i had. She understood i didnt want to be pressured into a vehicle i didnt love. She kept searching. After 2 weeks the perfect car came in. Now i found the car i needed to find the right financing to meet my needs. Will mears overseen and gave the approval on a deal that worked best for my needs. They all worked hard and treated me with respect, kindness, compassion and patience.
