Good service, but watch the extra's I went to the dealership with the Tuscan in mind and was greeted by Meghan O. She was very happy to sit with me and listen to what I was looking for. I went to the dealership with the Tuscan in mind and was greeted by Meghan O. She was very happy to sit with me and listen to what I was looking for. She proceeded to show me three vehicles that she thought I would be interested and there was no pressure as to which one was better. I ended up going with a 2014 and then came the paperwork!! I realized that there was a lot of "extra" bonus selling features such as extended warrenty, VIP oil changes and tire and rim coverage. In my opinion these options were not properly communicated. We talked about them briefly and I didn't realized that I actually had a choice on these "options". When it came time to sign the paperwork is when I saw the prices and didn't feel like I could change them. The one that stands out the most is the "pro pkg" on my bill of sale. Before I picked up the vehicle it needed to go in the shop for servicing because the command start was drawing off the battery. I was informed by Meghan that they were going to put on paint protections and leather guard while it was there. I thought perfect. Perfect to the tune $700.00 that was on my bill under the pro pkg. This was definitely not discussed. I do recommend this dealership as the customer service was excellent. My advice... watch the "extra" selling features that you pay for in the end! More

A dealer who goes above and beyond When I walked into the Hyundai dealership Kaitlyn walked right up and introduced herself to me. She listened to exactly what I was looking for and she didn't try to sell me on something that I wasn't interested in nor did she try to show me any vehicles above the price I was willing to pay. She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process and made sure all of my questions were answered fully. To top it off she had Starbucks waiting for us when we got to the dealership on the day of purchase. As a woman I was prepared for the "greasy salesman" experience and I was completely blown away by how effortless she made it, it felt like a friend helping me. Thank you Kaitlyn for helping make this big decision such a breeze. I will definitely be recommending her!!! More
