Had a wonderful experience at GP Hyundai! Brad was great to deal with and a awesome salesmen! I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for a long time and he did everything in his power to get me the best dea to deal with and a awesome salesmen! He was able to find me a used Tacoma with low kms and all the features I was looking for and even kept it in my price range! GP Hyundai has phenomenal customer service! I went in this morning and told Kyle what I was looking for in an SUV and gave him a very specific budget to work with. Although realistically I wasn't able to get into a Palisade that I've been eyeing up lately (due to my personal budget, no fault of Hyundai) Kyle managed to find me a vehicle that checked all my boxes right down to the second row 'captain seats'!! Even with the massive shortage of vehicles out there! He's like a real life Santa Claus! Thank you Kyle, Brady, Brittany and Kati for respecting my wishes and budget and getting me into something that suited my needs and not push me into a vehicle I could not afford just to make a sale. We arranged this deal by email, from Calgary. Brad sent me the videos I requested, and when I said I saw some chips the hood, the sent detailed photos of the chips and agreed to get them. The worst experience I have had at any dealership warranty is no good un reliable, will not go above and beyond on warranty but yet hounded me hard when I was buying. I was within the 12 month period warranty is no good un reliable, will not go above and beyond on warranty but yet hounded me hard when I was buying. I was within the 12 month period when mentioned but when I brought it in i was past the 12 month. When I was buying my phone would not stop ringing they were calling steady. Once I started having problems the phone stopped ringing I had to call and find out what is happening. The palisade I bought was not inspected properly when I bought and now with only 20,000km on the vehicle they are putting the blame back on me, when the service manager and the technician both said the door is out of alignment from the factory. But still putting the blame on me. Showed the issue to another person who is part of the auto group with out telling him the actual problem and right away could see the issue with out hesitation, and said easily should be covered. Again the big guy won. I have had warranty on other vehicles in the past and never and issue and even when the warranty ran out other dealerships covered it with no problems. Here they basically just ran it up to a calling station and then that was it denied. And again no one even called me to tell me I had to call 2 to 3 weeks later to find out. More
we had an awesome experience at Grande Prairie Hyundai! Becky met us at the door with a smile ,taking us promptly to her desk and asking our experience with Hyundai, we explained our needs and that we were Becky met us at the door with a smile ,taking us promptly to her desk and asking our experience with Hyundai, we explained our needs and that we were interested in the Blue Tucson, which she immediately had pulled up and we took int for a test drive. it was super comfortable but was a bit restrictive in size being that I am handicapped and in a wheelchair and we have two Poms in kennels as well so we quickly changed to the Santa Fe. we have a daughter who is in love with her Santa Fe and so we had ridden in one, but it is different as ours is a year newer than hers. we then were introduced to Sam the finance manager who walked us through the sale. everything went so smoothly and we left our beautiful red Santa Fe to have a few extras put in like a command start, block heater. Every person we were introduced too was pleasant, helpful, Brady answered many questions, Becky was a sweetheart, Sam was wonderful, the service fellow was so friendly, we were so impressed and could hardly wait to come back in a few days once everything was done. We are seniors and they treated us with great respect and genuine caring even to the point of helping me into the washroom with my wheelchair. Becky wanted us to call as soon as we got home because it was a cold snowy day and we had a one and a half to two hour drive home. Our overall experience was probably the best we have ever had! More
