Unfriendly Staff Bought an Infiniti there in the Summer of 2015. And found virtually everyone there with the exception of the manager to be unfriendly. With that aside, my buying experience was not very good either. It felt quite cold and didn't feel like they were trying to "win my business" at all. Which troubles me because it says "we are doing great and are not hungry for your business". Needless to say I wouldn't go back even if the price and car was right. You could certainly shop there if you're not concerned customer service. Dealer: 1 out of 5 On a brighter note, their service department is quite excellent. Although this dealership is far from my home I would come back for the service. Service: 4.5 out of 5 More

Excellent customer service at Gorruds I have been looking for a used Rav4 since early summer and was able to find a 2015 XLE Rav4 on the Gorruds lot. The sales staff are all excellent, no I have been looking for a used Rav4 since early summer and was able to find a 2015 XLE Rav4 on the Gorruds lot. The sales staff are all excellent, no pressure sales, highly knowledgeable and offered many options on why I should choose the Rav vs other vehicles but also pointed out others that were suitable and offered good value. Jason and Danny were terrific in helping me with my trade in(2003 Corolla) and were very fair in their assessment. Really appreciated Jason helping me set up my bluetooth and pairing all my contacts. Also said he would check in with me in a week which was terrific. I wouldn't buy a used vehicle from anyone else. In fact my wife is looking to purchase in the new year and I will be back to Gorruds. My father and I were greeted by JP and he welcomed us to the dealership in such a friendly manner. We were assisted by Ryan Saturno another friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. Ryan showed us a few cars and maintained professional etiquette at all times. I ended up purchasing that very day because I was extremely pleased with the service, selection, and no-pressure atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Gorrud's Auto to anyone that is looking to buy a used car, with great selection and a family oriented and professional staff. Thanks Ryan! More
