Dishonest and misleading. I took my vehicle into Go Nissan to have a very specific problem diagnosed. The problem, as provided to Go Nissan, was "There is a front vibration occurring when turning at lo Nissan to have a very specific problem diagnosed. The problem, as provided to Go Nissan, was "There is a front vibration occurring when turning at lower speeds". The diagnosis I received was the transmission needs to be replaced. This was determined by the characteristics of the transmission fluid. Upon examining the transmission fluid, the tech, Cody Junck, concluded that there was ATF in the transmission instead of proper CVT fluid, and this is causing the vibration. I was quoted $7,176.98 to replace the transmission and solve my problem. In addition, I was provided with a quote for an additional $5,631.12 in repairs that Go Nissan felt I could use. The diagnosis of the vibration was wrong. The transmission was flushed several months prior with the correct fluid. As such, I didn't agree with Go Nissan's diagnosis, and so I had independent journeyman tech take a look. He determined that the issue was a seized front universal joint on the rear driveshaft. In the end, I purchased a used driveshaft for $375, installed it, and the problem was fixed. I spoke with Go Nissan about their diagnosis. I insisted the transmission contained the correct fluid. I offered to provide evidence of this. Go Nissan's response, in a nutshell, was that while I did not get the diagnosis I brought my vehicle in for, I did receive a diagnosis, and that should be good enough. I didn't accept that response and in the end, the service manager ended up hanging up the phone on me. I reached out to the parent company, Go Auto, however, they would not respond back to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they too have not responded to me. In the end, I feel the service received from Go Auto was dishonest and misleading. They charged me for something I did not ask for, they were not able to solve my problem, and they tried to sell me parts and services I did not need. The competency of the Go Nissan Techs needs to be brought into question. While I can tell you to be very careful when looking to Go Nissan to solve issues with your vehicle, I wish I could give you a better option not to have to be subjected to these sorts of business practices. I am yet to find a trustworthy alternative to vehicle maintenance. I don't recommend taking your vehicle to Go Nissan for service. I also would caution you should choose to do business with any Go Auto dealership. As for the Business Better Bureau, I don't understand their role - I don't see any value. More
What a bad experience the first time with any dealership. Bought a used car and I mention that the engine has some oil on it and they took it back shop and clean it and told me that nothing is leaking. I was out of province buyer and when I took the vehicle for inspection. They found oil leaking from the engine as well as from the filter. Both leg structs need to be replaced and when I contact the agency there are not even replying. The inspection sheet is like a lie because they take it as a formality paper. I am going to file a complaint in AMVIC and asking why even they need that paper if they do not honor it. Never advise anyone to buy a vehicle from them. More

The dealership website lied /mislead about 30 days exchange privilege program. I bought 2020 Kicks SR about a week ago but shortly found out about high road noise over 80-speed limit. Discussed with Chen ( Sales associate ), he said come over, will swap you into a better vehicle. I agreed to trade with a better car with some price difference. I went to visit his given time. He was busy with someone. I waited for him for about 45 minutes but looks like they used to let their customer wait that long. I realized they don't care about and respect customers' time. After waiting three hours at the dealership, he discussed with Alex ( Assistant Manager ), whose attitude was already rude, said they could take my brand new 2020 Kicks, which has only 500 km at the price of $16000! The car I purchased for $25000 one week ago (still brand new with 500 km on it). I said, but it has a problem, and as per your policy, I can swap at no extra charge, and they are deducting $9000 on Kicks! Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend as well as not returning here. Take your business elsewhere. More
