They were awful when I purchased my vehicle 9 years ago and unprofessional. Today I took it in for a recall (the ONLY reason I took it there at all) and I had to listen to the shuttle driver YELL at anothe and unprofessional. Today I took it in for a recall (the ONLY reason I took it there at all) and I had to listen to the shuttle driver YELL at another service client who didn't speak English for about 10 minutes. He never attempted to utilize Google translate (the client tried, the shuttle driver wouldn't) or get the clients service rep (who he was able to communicate with). Another employee eventually got the service rep and the shuttle driver told him "I'm not taking him. It's out of my range" and told them to get an Uber. Deplorable behaviour. I felt so bad for the poor client as he was trying to communicate and translate but was simply being yelled at. At this point, I won't even take my car there for recall work. And the only way I'd get a vehicle from them is if they literally gave it to me for free - and even then, I'd hesitate greatly. Disgusting dealership. Disgusting staff treatment. More

Received vehicle on May 24th and was told by CJ that Rustproofing and Undercoating was completed on the vehicle. Check the Undercoating with my mechanic and was told that the vehicle appears to have s Rustproofing and Undercoating was completed on the vehicle. Check the Undercoating with my mechanic and was told that the vehicle appears to have some Undercoating but all that was done mud and dirt. Went back to Go Nissan on the 26th of May. Ask for a refund of my money and was told that the Director has to approve this. Went back May 27th during several discussions with CJ, Service Manager and a Sales Manager,the sales manager let me know that all the work was completed and therefore I can't get back my money. He then said that we should put vehicle on the hoist. I then met the Technician that actually did the Undercoating, interior protection he said and Expel. Frankly,the interior looks just the same. I then asked the Technician why not wash under the vehicle before attempting to apply Undercoating? He said that, that wasn't on his Work Order. I then asked him why not Undercoat all metal except the parts where there's heat. He said most of his Undercoating is applied an area above the muffler, which he showed me. The Technician also told me that he had not applied ceramic coating yet as the return to new application isn't done yet. Yet,the sales manager told me more than two times that all the work is done. I think I was ripped off in regards to the Undercoating and interior guard applications. More

I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They did nothing but waste our time. Went in to look at a used Tiguan. I had a set limit of money I wanted to spend and the vehicle fit that. Took it for a drive and like the car. Purchased a used infiniti Q50. Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- co Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- couldn't even check tire pressure during delivery which 2 tires were below 28 lbs. I was never informed of only one key fob for the car until I was picking up. Unfortunately the fob I have is glitchy and not even after a few days of ownership is the dealer even going to fix this problem. I told Divij that there are times I can't start the car. Nothing done. Looks like I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again. Service will never see my business after the poor inspection. Business office girl was not very polite since i never purchased anything extra. My biggest issue is with Salesman Divij and the dealership for not stepping up and getting me a new fob for my car so i can actually drive it. Salesman only concerned about his commission notthe customer satisfaction. More

I took my car to this dealership's service dept, to have them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. After paying over $500, they told me that it was gone upon replacing the belt tensioner. them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car.
