I took my car to this dealership's service dept, to have them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. After paying over $500, they told me that it was gone upon replacing the belt tensioner. them eliminate an ongoing rattling sound underneath my car. I will NEVER go to this dealer again, as they are over-priced, and can't even fix the problem !! More

Spent way too long trying to finalize a deal on a vehicle. It took an exceptionally long time to complete the financial aspect of the deal. No follow up to emails after the fact when trying to coordi vehicle. It took an exceptionally long time to complete the financial aspect of the deal. No follow up to emails after the fact when trying to coordinate pickup, registration switch, etc. many of the financial extras or options were not discussed until the very end when inking the deal. All in all felt like the customer came second to pushing a car off the lot. Feel there’s some customer service work to be sharpened up here. More
