Our daughter purchased her first car here, a beautiful "new to her" Subaru Impreza. Our salesman, Scott Miller, is wonderful. He had the car detailed and waiting in the show room, with a bouquet of flower "new to her" Subaru Impreza. Our salesman, Scott Miller, is wonderful. The pre-owned car was so exceptionally detailed, it felt like we were driving home in a brand new vehicle. I am so happy with the service from all the team there. Not great. Advertised cars they didn’t have. Wouldn’t sell me the one I wanted which is the whole reason I went in…AND called about the car. Asked about other Advertised cars they didn’t have. Back in July, I reached out to Wolfe Subaru parts team and intially spoke with Doug regarding a radio for my Subaru. He forwarded my inquiry to Uzi, who is also on the parts team. Now personally I am very and intially spoke with Doug regarding a radio for my Subaru. He forwarded my inquiry to Uzi, who is also on the parts team. Now personally I am very anti dealerships and have had nothing but bad experiences, but this young man won me over with his dedication and exceptional customer service. He informed me that the part I was after was discountined. I had made peace with the fact that my car was old. When he said he would look into the matter further for me, it caught me off guard as I'm used to dealers just telling me "no" and hanging up. Uzi, spent the next month or so trying to find me a radio for my car. He called Panasonic to see what they could do for me. During this whole process he called me regularly and updated me. I had forgotten about it but he did not!! Just today he found me a used, but in good condition radio that fits my vehicle perfectly and for a fraction of the cost! I'm extremely happy with the service he provided me, quite frankly I'm blown away. After speaking to him weekly for the last month I can say for a fact if you need parts see Uzi! He will take care of you! 10/10 More

i have always had great service with Langley Subaru, first with Jeff and now with Nathan. They both have been so very helpful and friendly. I haven't always taken my forrester here as i thought prices first with Jeff and now with Nathan. They both have been so very helpful and friendly.
