They contacte me by email and phone to notify me of a promotion theyr were having. Although I was not necessarily in the market fo a new car this contact encouraged me to at least check it out. Buying a car can be stressful, but I never for a moment felt pressured or uncomfortable. My wife is in sales and knows what it's like to need to make a sales goal, but even she said that everything the team was offering us was genuinely in my best interest, and the reason I decided to buy that night was because they were always on my page and even one step ahead of making me happy with the deal.
