Excellent Customer Service In November 2016, my wife and I bought a Chevrolet Volt from Georgetown Chevrolet, and we had an excellent experience with both Pat and Hendrick. So In November 2016, my wife and I bought a Chevrolet Volt from Georgetown Chevrolet, and we had an excellent experience with both Pat and Hendrick. So much so that Georgetown Chevrolet was my first stop in looking to replace my truck. Pat is extremely knowledgeable about their product line, and shares as much information with his customers as he can so that the customer can make an informed and intelligent decision. He follows up with his customers, he makes them feel welcome when you arrive, and gave us a good walk through as I made my decision. Hendrick is very friendly and knowledgeable about the financing, warranty options, and was very expedient to get me moved into both of our new vehicles. It was a pleasure working with both Pat and Hendrick, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet car or Chevrolet/GM truck. More

An Easy Experience I found the car that I was interested in on Auto Trader, I emailed the dealership and within minutes I received a reply back from Lorenzo. He linked a I found the car that I was interested in on Auto Trader, I emailed the dealership and within minutes I received a reply back from Lorenzo. He linked a video presentation of the car which he did and it was quite entertaining. It helped me to make up my mind to drive from Pickering to Georgetown for a test drive. On Saturday, my wife and I met Lorenzo and Gio in a no pressure environment. We discussed pricing, my trade-in and within an hour we had negotiated a pending deal on the car. We finalized the deal on Monday morning at 11 and by 5 pm, I was driving away in my new car. It was a used car but everything was detailed and it felt new. There is only one word to describe the experience "EASY". I'm very happy. Thank you very much. More

He had told me that he got my number from service department where I got my oil changes done when I used to work in Georgetown .Stephen asked if I was looking for a truck at that time and I mentioned to him that I was a matter of fact. I had told him the price range I was looking for and he would call me when he had something. He called when he did get something in and left few messages stating he had the perfect truck. I finally went in 2017 and met up with him and purchased the vehicle that I was looking for. Stephen was down to earth salesman that was easy to speak to.
