Purchase of a 2017 GMC Siera - 1500 Pick up I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra Pick Up from Georgetown Chevrolet Buick GMC. The salesperson was Assistant Sales Manager, John King. John was v I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra Pick Up from Georgetown Chevrolet Buick GMC. The salesperson was Assistant Sales Manager, John King. John was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory of trucks in stock and explained very thoroughly the trucks and packages they were equipped with. After some conversation, I explained what I wanted and he explained he woulod do a search and get back to me. I received a call the next morning from John to say that from what I was looking for he had a truck for me to see. I came in and had a look at the truck and after sometime said that I was interested in purchasing this vehicle. I was contacted within two days to say the truck was ready with all I had asked for and I could come and pick it up. I came and we signed the papers and John then took me out to the truck and explained everything and did the vehicle set up and I was on my way and very satisfied with how I was dealt with and the new vehicle. Great Experience Well it all started with Pat Mancini coming out to the used car parking lot when it was pouring rain and all he wanted to do was help, didn't care tha Well it all started with Pat Mancini coming out to the used car parking lot when it was pouring rain and all he wanted to do was help, didn't care that he was getting wet from the rain. I was interested in a used GMC truck on lot and he was great taking me through the whole process at my pace to get a deal done and was able to get a quick delivery on the vehicle after agreed to deal. Feel like Family!! After weeks of researching and looking for the right vehicle for my family, I came across Georgetown Chevrolet in Autotrader. I spoke with Stephen Boi After weeks of researching and looking for the right vehicle for my family, I came across Georgetown Chevrolet in Autotrader. I spoke with Stephen Boisclair and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He informed me of his hours of business and didn't push me to set up an appointment. I showed up at the dealership unannounced with the intention of just seeing what condition the vehicle was in. Stephen greeted me at the door with the keys in hand. After a brief introduction, Stephen brought me to his desk and showed me a file that he started with my name on it.based on our phone conversation.He walked me through all of the ins and outs of the car and it was like he owned this car himself. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. John was patient as both my son and I were purchasing a vehicle at the same time. Dealing with the whole family showing up and the amazing girlfriend John was patient as both my son and I were purchasing a vehicle at the same time. Dealing with the whole family showing up and the amazing girlfriend, made this a family event. Let's face it, we all drive or ride in the vehicle so why not all be apart of the process. John took the time to answer all the questions asked of him from both the younger none driver to the more experience driver, even went as far as repricing out several vehicles before i decided on one. Undecided women, I guess.
