Craig Norheim, the Sales Representative, was very friendly and helpful, and welcomed us back for a test drive whenever we were ready. After doing more research, we called and set up an appointment to do just that. He had a few different cars ready for us and was able to answer the many questions we had. After going and test driving various competitors' cars, we came back for another test drive again, with no pressure from Craig at all. He was always available by phone or email to answer any questions, but never pushy. We can now say that we are the proud owners of a beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. The entire process of purchasing the car was so easy, because all of the people involved at Georgetown Chevrolet (Craig - Sales Rep, Tom - Sales Manager, and Chuck - Finance Service Manager) all made it so easy. On the day that we picked up our new car, Craig spent so much time sitting in it with us, going over all of it's key features, which was greatly appreciated!
