They didn't have the car in stock and were not too enthusiastic. On the opposite, Georgetown Chevrolet team and especially Craig Norheim walked the extra mile and did their best to win my business. They gave me fair price for my trade in, sourced the car I wanted in a timely manner, and were very prompt and responsive. Thank you guys! More

Smooth and better than expected I am very happy with my 2017 silverado. The sales team at the Georgetown dealer were great! No complaints about anything.... Over the years he has always put me in the right vehicle, This was the first time I have leased and John took John King provides exceptional service. Over the years he has always put me in the right vehicle, This was the first time I have leased and John took the time to work the numbers and show me that this was the better option for me. Because he has always been ethical and above board on my prior purchases, I trusted him and the advice that he provided and followed his counsel which put me into the type of vehicle that I had always wanted and which I am really enjoying. David Bebelaar took the time to go over the type of coverages I should have and Gio worked hard to obtain the best return on my trade in vehicle. Because I have always had good service right from the time of sale with John and follow up service where I am not being upsold on something I don't need, I have always had a good experience at this dealership. I appreciate the honesty and ethics that John shows as do the other members of the team I have dealt with over the years. But it is really because of the service that John provides and the trust that has developed over the years that keeps me coming back. More

Pat was very thorough, explained every detail (no rush feeling) and put everything on hold for us, meaning we were not interrupted by phone calls or messages. The test drive of the vehicles was very thorough, he explained everything! I was very happy with the service from both Joe's at service, great people to deal. They actually take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. I would recommend Pat as your sale representative to anyone reading this review, he will really look after you (even call you at home making sure that you are happy). More
