At one of my services, they picked up on an exterior paint issue that I hadn’t even noticed and had it looked after for me under warranty. Seem very willing to honor warranty by simply keeping the customer informed. I feel that they really look at what will have the customer feel looked after and pampered with their service. On top of the service, I have been more than happy with my second Sante Fe and know that others have gone to Hyundai to buy due to the reviews I have shared with people. I have been a happy customer! I have brought my Santa Fe to them for all of my service needs and every time I am met with courteous, caring staff who go above and beyond. Today was just another exceptional day and I just wanted to let the staff know that I am so appreciative of their customer service. I suspected an oil leak in my car and when I phoned to book an appointment was asked if I would like them to pick up my car today instead of waiting for tomorrow. My car was picked up from my employment, serviced and brought back to my place of work all shiny and new looking. The staff made my day so much brighter that I called Hugh the service manager to tell him about his wonderful team. Thank you all for going above and beyond!!!! More

Quickly run away from the Gary Moe Group Gary Moe Hyundai has been a nightmare to deal with. I only owned my new used car for less than 6 months when I lost the display for my radio. This dis Gary Moe Hyundai has been a nightmare to deal with. I only owned my new used car for less than 6 months when I lost the display for my radio. This display is separate from the main radio body and it's only function is to display the radio features and options, time and temperature. The replacement price, installed, was over $1300. I told them the price was rediculous due to the fact that i could have an after market, high end GPS stereo system installed for less. They were quick to mention that I could lose my car warranty by doing that. No problem hearing the threat in their voice. Oh, I checked the internet, it took me less than 5 minutes to find out that this failure was a common problem for the device in severe cold. Next, when I bought my car from them it had 17 inch rims and tires on it. Just before winter, the dealership had new rims that i liked and I needed snow tires for winter anyway. I bought them. Now that it's spring, I went to change back to my summer radials and they informed me that a straight across swap wasn't going to happen because the second set they sold me were 16 inch. Of course they didn't look at the tires mounted on the car, they just assumed a size and sold them to me. Gary Moe Service supplied only 2 options that were very expensive to me...first, buy new tires for the 16 inch rims for $1000 +...second, spend over $700 on 17 inch rims that were identical to the 16 inch they originally sold me. Plus, I'm now stuck with three sets of rims, and two sets of tires when it should only be one set of rims and 2 sets of tires. Well done Gary Moe. Oh yah, I work Monday to Friday 12 to 16 hours a day during this time of the year. I went in to talk to a manager, on a Saturday, about my issues and to pickup my wheels. I couldn't do either. Nobody works weekends that are qualified enough to give me my own rims and tires. If you are thinking of shopping with Gary Moe Group of dealerships, I would recommend you read through all the reviews for all the Gary Moe brands. I see the pattern...I hope you see it too and save yourself the grief of a very bad experience. I will never buy anything from Gary Moe Group again. More
