Very good service but Tho we purchased our Sante Fe and are very happy with it and the we regularly receive, I can't help wondering why every time we go in there is a compl Tho we purchased our Sante Fe and are very happy with it and the we regularly receive, I can't help wondering why every time we go in there is a complete turnover of staff. It's making me very uneasy. That added to the fact we agreed too quickly to the deal and lost thousands (my own fault,). Hopefully things will hold together. More

They took advantage of my 74 yr old mother . They told her, her engine in her Sate Fe was going to blow up. It wold cost her thousands to fix it. They in turn showed her a Sante Fe Sport model. . They told her, her engine in her Sate Fe was going to blow up. It wold cost her thousands to fix it. They in turn showed her a Sante Fe Sport model. They only gave her one option, a sport model. Obviously the loan deparent was only interested in the sale, with her debit ratio , she should never have been approved for the sale. How sad of a company when they take advantage of a senior citizen. Nothing can be done about it now, I did not know about it until after the sale was completed. More
Looking for a positive experience... look elsewhere! Gary Moe will sell you a vehicle with no problem, it may not be what you are looking for, it may be somewhat high pressure tactics but you will get a Gary Moe will sell you a vehicle with no problem, it may not be what you are looking for, it may be somewhat high pressure tactics but you will get a vehicle without feeling like you got entirely ripped off. But the positives of the experience will end there. From the moment you drive your shiney new vehicle off the lot the constantly rotating staff will make your experience a gongshow!. Hope your vehicle never needs to have warranty work done, over 3 1/2 years they have not actually fixed any of the problems that my vehicle has. The 4 or 5 service managers that I have dealt with in my 3 1/2 years make every excuse in the book why things are the way they are... from not finding a problem (leaky windshield, drivers seat that clunks around) to the "way I drive it" (sticky accelerator, fuel mileage that's 30 higher than advertised) and the best is the design flaws (the car bouncing and swerving all over the road). Thinking back they actually did fix the wheel bearing that made it sound like my wheels were going to fall off. But don't worry, they will be eager to sell you another new vehicle while you wait for the other one to get fixed! . All cynicism aside, check what you are paying for before you agree to it being serviced, their prices have shot up in the past few months, I was shocked at my last oil change to get the $70 bill... that's an expensive free bottle of water I got for waiting More

Be very careful if you buy here. Bought a new Limited Sonanta Hybrid No trade in cash deal. We were looking for a new car so started dealing with Gary Moe Hyundai. We test drove t Bought a new Limited Sonanta Hybrid No trade in cash deal. We were looking for a new car so started dealing with Gary Moe Hyundai. We test drove two cars, but they did not have some options we wanted. They looked around and found one that they could get in. I had them Email me the specs which showed that it had the options that we wanted. It sounded quit nice. They had to order it in, so I put a $2500 deposit down. When I got the car home I realized that 7 options which were listed in the email were not on the car. I phoned the Salesman and he assured me that this model had them and if I would bring it back he would show you how to use them. I made the two hour drive back to the dealership but they could not find them either. Of course he said they were so sorry and were going to make it right. We spent most of the day waiting and their solution was that we would spend another $11000 and that would get us a car with all the option that were in the Email. Looking back I should have not taken their word for it. I should have checked it out myself thoroughly. Since they ordered it in I would have been out my $2500. The sales people should get a lot more familiar with the product they are selling. Or they knew and….. More
